I see him as a big game player more than I do Murili.

I wouldnt have McGrath either. If you've got Khan, Warne, Hadlee and Marshall already, then depending on the surface I would probably consider either a batting allrounder another spinner such as Murili.

And although a lot probably wouldnt agree, I would have Ponting instead of Hammond. Again, his big game ability is awesome. Much like Steve Waughs ability to pull it out when they needed it the most.

Choice.Simplrhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04081335291599943116noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37251922.post-34071851972764637762007-08-18T03:53:00.000+01:002007-08-18T03:53:00.000+01:00No Warne or Lillee is a strange one.No Warne or Lillee is a strange one.ADShttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04348744089754164411noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37251922.post-16877919053191167322007-08-14T22:39:00.000+01:002007-08-14T22:39:00.000+01:00It depends what you mean by the tail. Hadlee averaged 27 with 2 Test centuries and Marshall averaged a shade under 19 with 10 test fifties, including a 92.

Granted Murali and McGrath are natural number 11s, but given what comes before them I doubt this side would worry.Nick Gammonshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15078764238948971216noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37251922.post-84103846495803601082007-08-14T20:06:00.000+01:002007-08-14T20:06:00.000+01:00Bit of a long tail there.
