About / Contacts Us

Third Umpire is a group cricket blog focussing on international cricket and the county game (as well as some historical musings). We have been running in some form since September 2005. By April 2008 we have almost 450 pieces on the site - so there should be plenty to satisfy all cricketing tastes! For some of our better pieces do check out the 'highlights' on the left menubar.

If you fancy contributing to the site, on international cricket, the county scene or just about anything else to do with the game, do email cricketingworld(at)hotmail.com

We are always on the lookout for contributions to our county preview series, as well as anything else cricket-related. So if you see yourself as a budding journalist, do get in touch, and we can offer you an account allowing you to post directly onto the site!

For other comments, do use the comments feature below articles, as contributors really appreciate feedback and views on their pieces - and we are all for good debate. And do leave a comment or drop us a line if there's anything you'd like us to write on, or any series you think we should have a crack at - we'll do our best!

In the meantime, happy reading all!

Hi,

I could not find a message form or an email address, I guess this is the next most appropriate place to write.

This is to invite you to join a cricket webring. http://cricket.siterings.net

If you may be interested, then please write to chinaman@siterings.net and I will email over a proper invitation.
